This unique experience has given her an immersive education in the science and art of therapeutic massage. In both Canada and in Europe she has had the oppourtunity to work with many different people from all walks of life to help her better understand the healing process and to further develop her skills in the nature of pain management, manual therapy, connective tissue therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
Jenna has expanded her knowledge and skillset in
completing Level 3 of the Dr. Vodder Method of Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) in 2019. She offers custom compression garment fitting and local resources to better aid her patients who are managing Post-surgical swelling, Lymphedema, Lipedema and Venous Insufficiency.

The most fundamental aspects to Jenna, with regard to massage therapy, is understanding body awareness and the crucial effect that awareness has on our perception of pain, our mobility and in turn, our day-to-day quality of life. Providing patients with the resources to learn self-management tools (through exercise, self-massage and home care), and by providing a safe, non-judgemental space for relaxation and healing is of utmost importance to her practice.
Jenna plans to continue expanding her skillset through continuing education by keeping up with the latest research in the field of massage and manual therapy. Declynn grew up in the small town of Qualicum Beach and fell in love with how massage therapy blends intuition with scientific critical thinking. She attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and enjoyed it so much that she decided to continue her education at the University of Victoria in addition to developing her massage therapy practice. In 2022 she received her Bachelor of Science (Honours), with a concentration in Neuroscience, and decided to join the great team at Right Fit clinic!
This love of learning and critical thinking has created a practitioner who values working cooperatively with her patients to help them achieve their health goals. Declynn sees a varied clientele and enthusiastically supports them addressing stress management, chronic pain, pre/post-natal care, and occupational injuries. She also has a special interest in supporting woman’s health and oncology patients. She has taken specific training in post-mastectomy and scar tissue massage to ensure her patients receive the highest level of care. Declynn works hard to keep up to date on scientific literature regarding the safety and efficacy of massage therapy and always looks for ways to expand her knowledge base.
Declynn enjoys introducing patients to a gentler style of massage and uses a combination of deep tissue work, relaxation techniques and a balanced home care prescription to support patients in their health journey. Born in Invermere, B.C., Shuna has had the unique experience of living on both coasts of Canada before settling in Victoria. Growing up in a family that loved to travel and explore, Shuna developed an early appreciation for diverse environments and cultures, which has enriched her approach to massage therapy.
Shuna’s innate understanding of the human body led her to pursue her passion at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where she graduated in 2005. Her career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) has been shaped not only by her professional training but also by her personal journey with chronic pain. This experience has fueled her interest in pain research, particularly its neurobiological aspects, and has given her a dual perspective as both a long-term patient and a healthcare professional.
Focusing in chronic pain and complex illness management, Shuna is dedicated to helping her patients improve their quality of life. She believes in the profound impact that a combination of lived experience and specialized knowledge can have on managing health.
Shuna utilizes a trauma-informed approach in her practice, welcoming patients dealing with the aftermath of motor vehicle accidents, high anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
As a mother of two, Shuna is particularly attuned to the needs of children and adolescents. She recognizes that pain, anxiety, and stress are often overlooked in younger populations and is passionate about ensuring that all her patients, regardless of age, are heard and their health goals addressed.

While his time in Victoria has been relatively short he has had the honour of being able to represent Team BC for the sport of Olympic Weightlifting the past three years in a row all while maintaining a near-perfect GPA during his attendance Camosun College.
Due to his high level of academic and practical knowledge, he is very competent when it comes to understanding how the body works and moves, how to train for your goals, and how to best get you on the right path for change.
Some examples of Diego’s favourite expriences at Camosun would be helping run a fitness assessment clinic for older adults, working on case studies associated with a variety of chronic illness, a presentation on exercising with Parkinson’s, and writing a paper on how exercise benefits those with heart failure.
Diego has a specific interest in supporting patients with chronic illness and has been trained in Pneumatic pump compression therapy by Paradigm Medical, the only Canadian Pneumatic Pump Distributor approved by Health Canada, under the clinical counsel and direction of Right Fit Clinic.
In the future Diego plans to become a physiotherapist as this has been a passion of his for many years.
The reason physiotherapy is such a large passion is due to how sport and keeping active have positively influenced his life in so many different ways and he would like to see people reap the same benefits that he has been fortunate to experience.

Alli has a passion for proactive healthcare and assisting individuals integrating exercise into their daily lives. She loves watching her clients overcome their symptoms and return to the daily activities they love.
Her main focus for rehabilitation includes exercise prescription alongside mind-body techniques to help clients take control of their pain and learn to love movement again.
She describes Kinesiology like “if a personal trainer and physiotherapist had a child. Kinesiologists don’t do as much hands on therapy as physios, but have more medical knowledge than personal trainers.”
Your first session would include a physical examination followed by coaching and exercise prescription. Think Kinesiology might be a good fit for you? Send your inquiries to atkinesiology@gmail.com.
Outside of work, Alli likes to read, bake, hang out with friends, and exercise.

Hi, I’m Catherine, and I’m glad you’re here. As a Registered Massage Therapist, the main goal
is helping people feel better in their bodies – whether that’s reducing the pain or swelling that’s
been bothering you, helping you move more freely, or giving you space to relax and reset.
I’m originally from Stirling, Ontario, but my life became much more interesting when I moved out
west. My massage adventure started with a two-week course in Thailand. It gave me the boost
of inspiration and confidence I needed to train as an RMT in Vernon. I’ve been fortunate to
teach massage techniques to volunteers in Guatemala, massage travelers walking the El
Camino trail, and practice in Australia.
What I appreciate about this work is how different every person is. One day I might be helping
an athlete get back on the field after an injury, the next I’m working with someone who sits at a
desk all day and their shoulders are screaming at them. I enjoy lymphatic drainage treatments,
and helping people manage chronic conditions. Everyone comes in with their own story and
their own goals, and that’s what keeps this work meaningful for me.
My training covers the fundamentals – Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, connective
tissue work, and therapeutic stretching. I’m trained in Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage,
post-op massage, lymphatic taping, face-focused massage, and relaxation - therapeutic
treatments when you just need to unwind and let your nervous system reset.
I’d love to be part of your wellness journey! For more information about me, see my website:
